When a shipment plan is created, placement fees and carrier costs are immediately deducted, but if canceled within 24 hours, no charges apply. A recent issue arose when the client needed to modify a “ship from” address after the 24-hour cancellation window had passed, leading to a deduction of $311 from the account. Our team worked swiftly to resolve the problem and recover the amount.
