All SKUs were crammed into single ad groups with mixed match types — no segmentation, no control. Multiple SKUs under one match type made it impossible to isolate performance or direct budget effectively to top performers.

The majority of ad spend was flowing to low-performing SKUs generating clicks but zero orders. Top-selling SKUs and high-CVR branded keywords received only ~1% of total budget — a massive misallocation leaving real revenue on the table.
